A young family purchased one of the apartments in the new Seimilano complex when it was still on paper, and asked us to support them in designing the layout, choosing the finishes and furnishings. The project unfolded in a very natural way as the understanding with the customers was excellent right from the start. The plan of the apartment has been revised, offering a large living area in which the living room and dining room are connected and a kitchen separated from them by a large sliding glass door in iron and glass. The living area is accessible via a corridor onto which the various rooms open, a room for the child with its bathroom, the parents’ room with their bathroom, a study and a laundry room. The taste of the apartment is sober and elegant, characterized in the living area and kitchen by black iron and wood elements. The furnishings were designed by Nomade, as were the kitchen and the glass door. The bedrooms and bathrooms have a clean, elegant and sober taste. The colors are soft and the finishes chosen are timeless. The girl’s bathroom is characterized by the back wall covered in floral wallpaper, while the parents’ bathroom has sugar paper-colored zellige-like tiles.
