A conservation project in one of the most beautiful and lively areas of the city, inside a building designed by the architect Caccia Dominioni. The project marks our third collaboration with the client, Jacopo Canclini of JMC spa, real estate developer and interior designer enthusiast, who has chosen to entrust us with the renovation of his future home. Not being able to intervene on the layout, nor on the floors, the greatest effort was to manage the complete renovation of the systems and the renovation of the bathrooms, impacting as little as possible on the existing one, maintaining and restoring
the wooden floors and the original doors. The apartment opens onto a large entrance around which the master suite, the living area and the service area are distributed. From the entrance you then enter the long corridor onto which two other bedrooms and the children’s bathroom overlook. The eclectic style of the project comes from the synergy with the customer, with whom we collaborated closely in the different phases of the construction site, defining all the choices together, from plant solutions to finishes, from custom-made furnishings to textiles.
