APARTMENT MOSE’

Located in a residential area of Milan, the project is a total renovation. Almost nothing of what was existing was maintained, starting from the structural restoration of the floors, the removal of ceilings, the complete renovation of the mechanical systems. The project, an apartment for a couple from Milan, had as its primary objective the maximization of space. In 85 square meters, in fact, we managed to make a large living room with kitchen and dining room, two bathrooms, two bedrooms and a large closet. The style is clean and simple, a fresh and bright home with contemporary tones. An important role is played by lighting, versatile and varied. Widespread and contrasted by accent lamps that emphasize the rooms of the house. In the living room, the beams recovered and left exposed play an important role. The bedroom is elegant and embellished by the blue wall on which the double bed rests. The game created between the gold of the lamp and the intense blue of the wall is interesting. In the bathrooms we wanted to play with unusual coverings, which create an interesting game on the walls. A project that underlines how an environment can be totally transformed thanks to a good renovation!
